The Uconn Kayaking Club is a student run organization dedicated to the exciting sport of whitewater kayaking. The club is open to all UConn students and community members; providing boats, gear, and membership, completely free of charge.

Every year the club has several trips on beginner to advanced rivers all over New England. During the winter the club hosts kayaking roll clinics where people can learn to roll a kayak and work on their paddling skills.

The Kayaking Club is predominantly geared towards exposing the UConn community to the totally sweet sport of Kayaking. This means that a majority of our events are geared towards beginner paddlers. However, the club always welcomes and appreciates the addition of experienced paddlers to our ranks and we'd be happy to get wet with any paddler on any river.
